How to Utilize Agouri for Thanksgiving 2020!
It is almost time for turkey day! No matter how many people you are spending the day with, Agouri can be one of your most valuable Thanksgiving resources this year!
We have been getting lots of questions regarding Thanksgiving because we will be closed on Thursday (11/26) and Friday (11/27). Our Agouri family cannot wait to have us involved in this special day! But, of course just like the rest of 2020, this is not what most of us are used to and there are lots of questions involved. Here are our best tips for utilizing Agouri for your 2020 Thanksgiving!
The quicker that you can get your order in, the quicker we will know exactly what we need for the days leading up to Thanksgiving. If you do not need your order when you place it, (i.e. order placed on Sunday but do not need it until Wednesday), just let us know in the delivery instructions and we will have your order ready for the day that you need it, (the latest before Thanksgiving will be Wednesday, 11/25). We recommend that you receive your order on Tuesday so that we can handle any issues before we are off for Thanksgiving!
One of the best parts about shopping with Agouri is that customer service is our main focus. There are so many ways that we can be contacted and you will always get a response from either one of the Liz’s or the owner, Pete. Less people working in the office equals less headache for our customers! If there are any problems with the order or if you have any questions or concerns, we will be available to fix them by Wednesday evening. Stay in touch with us so that we know how to best serve you!
Both options are FREE with Agouri. You are not charged any additional money for receiving your order. Deliveries are made next day, (unless otherwise noted in the delivery instructions/notes sections). We deliver to all of Long Island, Queens, and the Palisades, as well as to parts of New Jersey. There are no minimums or additional fees. If you aren’t sure if we deliver to you, or if you have any other questions regarding delivery, let us know and we will get back to you as quickly as possible!
We offer same day contactless curbside pickup for all orders placed Monday-Saturday BEFORE 12 pm. All orders for pickup placed after 12 pm will be filled for the next day. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email from us with directions to our location as well as a few easy instructions for when you arrive to ensure a quick and enjoyable pickup experience.
