Homemade Tzatziki
Our amazing customer, Fran created this DELICIOUS tzatziki and has shared it with all of us! You can shop the recipe here:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons Greek extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
Instructions:
1. Peel & grate the cucumber. Drain it through a fine mesh sieve for about 30 minutes to an hour in the fridge.
2. Combine the yogurt, dill, garlic, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate while you are waiting to for the cucumbers to drain.
3. Transfer the grated cucumber to the yogurt mixture and stir to combine. Serve chilled with pita bread, chicken, fish, veggies... It's delish!!!
