Bushra Khan's Valentine's Day Brunch Crepes with Peanut Butter Cream

Ingredients for Crepes:

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour or All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Turbinado Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Pink Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Corn Starch
  • 2 cups Milk of Choice
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Oil of Choice
  • 2 drops Red Food Color or Beet Juice (for pink color)

Directions for Crepes:

Mix wet & dry ingredients until smooth. Put 1/3 cup of batter on an oiled pan and swirl to cover the bottom of the pan. Cook for 2 minutes.

Directions for Peanut Butter Cream:

Whisk 1/2 cup milk of choice with nut butter of choice, (I used the Peanut Principle Goji Berry Chia Peanut Butter) until it has a smooth consistency and spread on the crepes!
